You probably have the best and deepest rotation in your league. Your O is on the weak side, and you need another closer(or 2). I'd be looking to trade 1-3 SP's early for a top flight closer and a big bat.

Your WHIP should be pretty darned high, maybe offset by K's. Not a big fan of your offense either. You seem to have alot of lower tier guys for your offense. And start Overbay over Ibanez.

You have more than enough pitching. Your rotation is ridiculous.

Get another closer and some more bats, like an earlier poster suggested.
