Default Do you make this call?

This table has been very LAGgy. Villian is one of the LAGgy players.

1. Would you have pushed villian's reraise preflop or just call?

2. If you call, would you call his bet after the flop if it put you "all in" or fold?

I'm a little confused at how Villain could initially call for 50 w/ the blinds at 50/100. But either way I push preflop here. You pick up more than a third of your stack if everyone folds, and of course are likely no worse than a race if called, and you get all five cards. Seems like an easy push w/ less than 7 BB left.

But that's not what you asked about. You have to go all-in on the flop here, regardless of the monotone texture. You have TPTK, and are about a 60-40 favorite over a flush draw.

I think very hard about just pushing preflop when it first gets to me.

There's no way I'm calling that limp-reraise, it's push/fold time.

If I get to the flop, which I never do, I'm pushing.

I think you have to push this preflop after the reraise. AK wants to see all five cards. Once he puts you all-in on the turn, you need to call because more than half your chips are already in the pot. (The fact that you also have TPTK doesn't hurt either.)
