no! you won't miss anything. no rakeback and sparse bonuses.
when bonuses do come they are codeless reloads and they never expire. one just ended on nov 27th, sorry.

Hmm . . . I'd guess two orbits per level, so that's 60 in the first 15 minutes, 90 in the next . . . so I'm down to 1350 by 9:30. Hell, that's probably better than I'd do live.
