Where are the drugs... a factual post

One thing we haven't talked about are the drug addicts.

White or black... rich or poor... educated or retarded... every population/demographic has drug abuse.

I would be willing to bet that a lot of the rapist and violent people who are terrorizing the NO area are addicts that are totally out of supply.

Can you imagine a serious coke or heroin addict going cold-turkey and having to deal with this destruction all at once. Now wonder it's chaos.

I think you are correct. There must be several thousand drug addicts who are going crazy there. If nothing else, being forced to go cold turkey might help some of these people break the addiction. Hopefully something positive will come from this.
