Default How do I edit an animated GIF?

i have an animated GIF (i want to use as an avatar)...i need to reduce its dimensions, but when i try to do it in Photoshop, it tells me that if I change its dimensions, it'll lose all animation, and just become a still.

I did a little research and found people telling me that I needed to use Adobe ImageReady to reduce an animated GIF's dimensions...so I opened the GIF file in ImageReady and indeed found I could reduce its dimensions while not losing animation, but when it came time to seal the deal and save it, it ONLY let me save it as a PSD (photoshop format)...this is obviously not helpful at all because i need it saved as a GIF file...anyone have any ideas?

P.S. (and if i then open that saved PSD file in Photoshop and save it as a GIF then...you guessed it...I lose animation)
