Default Poker in Italy

I've heard there are casinos in Italy that have poker. I've checked PokerInEurope.com, but the don't mention them. Does anyone have any knowledge on this subject?
Thanks.

If you can track down Izmet Fekali at the Fekali Mansion he might be able to help. I believe he still lives in Lubljana, Slovenia and a few years back he told me he would treck over the border to Italy (about 50 miles) for what sounded like a good game in a casino. OTOH, it could have been a home came against Italian fish - as you know my memory is failing me
