I just got the elapsed message and my last withdrawal was 19 days ago.

Sent email, reply was canned message saying somebody will get back to me in 24-48 hours.

And I thought they loved me, being a VIP and all.

im worse off than all of you - not only did I not ge the bonus, but they ate the 150 i deposited to get it (not sure why i deposited 150).. it left my neteller account but the history shows nothing of it hitting my empire account [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

No bonus for me either. I cashed out ~$100 last week, but I had left $200 in my account for my regular play at empire (I play there about every other day so as not to get banned).

F*ck this. If I don't get credited with this bonus, I'm just cashing everything out of Empire and never playing there again. Party can have all my rake from now on.

My last cashout was May 27th, I still have the "expired" message.
My email from Empire said they'd resolve it in 24-48 hours.

They must have been overwhelmed with emails.

Every time I deposit right after the bonus period starts, I have problems.

Good for you, jrz. I have my rakeback on Empire. And now I don't know whether my hands are counted for bonus or for rakeback. The worst thing is that they probably do NOT count anywhere at all [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I also get a replied e-mail that 100$ was added to my Empire Bonus Account. So now I am awaiting for 24-48 hours reply from their Support Team [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

My last cashout was June 4th (19 days?!?), I got the ELAPSED message too. My e-mails were not even responded to with the "we'll be in touch in 24-48 hours" message. In the meantime I've stopped playing until I can be sure the hands "count"... [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

so i just sent my second email to empire, the first one got no response, this one was pretty quick. i basically just said that i deposited and got the email but the bonus is "elapsed". i asked if any hands were going to count or if i should wait and here is the response they gave.

so it looks like they might be fixing this and actually giving out the bonus so some people. and i did check my cashier history and i made a cashout 13 days ago. oops.
