HOH 2 in Canada

Where can you get HOH 2 in Canada? The sites (Amazon.ca, Chapters.ca) have it as unreleased as of yet. Anyone know how to get a copy up north?

I guess us canucks are pretty well stuck with being patient outside of ordering from here at conjelco.
I have just ordered both volumes of HOH for $52 and free shipping.
Bob Ciaffones new book should be a masterpiece as well. He informs me late in the year.

I didn't even think of that lol . . as long as it isnt shipped FedEx or UPS then I guess I'll order it from the states.

I order from amazon.com all the time when amazon.ca doesn't have the book I want. Usually you pay like $5 or $6 shipping but still, worth it if you don't want to wait.

Plus they have a screaming deal on two book complete far side set right now [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img] Weighs like 20 pounds but shipping to Canada is still just $6 [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
