Default what is proper raise in blindstealing?

you are in the middle of MTT and would like to steal blinds, how much would You raise ?

I raise 3x, but then I usually make the same raise no matter what I have to keep 'em guessing.

The smallest amount that will normally win you the blinds based on how the table is playing.

The "proper" amount to raise when stealing the blinds should be exactly the same as the "proper" amount you use for any raise (blind steal or not). This amount varies greatly based on the tournament you are playing, and the make-up and chemistry of the specific table you're on.

On a very very loose calling table, my preflop raises sometimes hit 5 or 6 (or more) BB. On a very very tight table, a minraise may suffice. On an "average" table in an "ordinary" tournament, my usual raise varies from 3 to 4 BB with little deviation from one preflop raise to the next.

So, I guess the best answer to your question is:
