Hold'Em Poker for Advanced Players is the only book that covers Shorthanded Limit Hold'Em in any depth.

Thanks for the replies.

I have HEPFA and looked the section over, not much. They advocate playing or raising 40% of hands. The games I have been playing recently, only 40% in is going to get you slaughtered.

I am fairly successful at full and 6 max (aren't we all [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img] ), but want to move to more heads up.

I guess it's time to start digging through the archives. If anyone wants to drop some general heads up advice it would be greatly appreciated.

If you can suggest any sites with heads up play, that would be great as well. I am playing the heads up tables on UB right now, but they're fairly limited.
