Overpair - Check min-raised on flop
I'm about 1 orbit in, so no real reads. Villain has done nothing noteworthy thus far.
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.5 BB (10 handed) converter UTG+1 ($43.75) UTG+2 ($13.06) MP1 ($54.5) MP2 ($83.43) MP3 ($43.9) CO ($46.05) Button ($23.5) SB ($55.86) BB ($57) Hero ($59.65) Preflop: Hero is UTG with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Hero raises to $2, 4 folds, MP3 calls $2, 3 folds, BB calls $1.50. Flop: ($6.25) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players) BB checks, Hero bets $4, MP3 folds, BB raises to $8 Hmm... The check and min-raise. Looks like a way ahead/way behind situation to me. Anyone disagree? |

Re: Overpair - Check min-raised on flop
my normal line would be to call but lately I've been advised to reraise to 16 to 20.
