What do you eat at McDonalds?

I just got done watching "Super Size Me" for the first time and I have vowed never to eat fast food again. Of course, I won't stick to this but I'm going to try my best to get it down to once a month.

I don't understand people who say this....I mean what did you think about McD's before the movie...did you think BigMac's were freaking health food. Of course what they sell is garbage and nutritionally worthless but once in awhile it will not hurt you. Some dude eats 6000 calories a day and suffers health consequences - how shocking......

The shocking part is that it only took him ONE MONTH!
The doctor said his liver looked like livers of alcoholics who'd been drinking for years and years! Yes, of course we all expected SOME damage to his health, we just didn't expect this freaking much damage in only one month!
