64.6 hrs at various buy-ins, sites and such
$2.66 per hour profit . Taco bell?
6k hands of limit at -2bb/100 for a loss of $234.
Zero of about $300 for Blackjack

somehow the bankroll grew by 590 (bonuses), about 1500 short of my nut. First time since May.

300 15+1s at Stars

15% ROI
35% ITM

60 1st
21 2nd
24 3rd
40 4th

Still too many boneheaded plays

busting a lot in 4th and 5th position

How can I reduce bust outs without reducing my 1sts ?

[/ QUOTE ]You probably can't. But, you don't need that sort of win% to sustain a higher ROI. For instance, last month in the Stars 15s, I had an ITM of 45% and a ROI of 25%, but my win% was only 14% (much lower than your 20%). Oh, I finished 4th 10.5% of the time.

(This is not meant as a brag (not that 25% is outstanding) -- though that seems acceptable in this thread -- just pointing out that there are ways to a higher ROI that don't include a 20% win%.)

[/ QUOTE ]

Thanks for your input. I have a hunch that I play too aggressively. If it goes well, most of the time I kick out all the other aggro players at or near bubble and there are only weakies left at ITM who I just steamroll within a couple of hands.

It's a fun style but has quite some variance. And, of course, I have no idea what the long term ROI could be with that style. This month I will try a more patient style.
