I think big slick should be AKs and AK should have another name maybe small slick, little slick, Anna Kornikovo(sp), Alaska or just slick

Because Johnny "Ace" Smith was playing in a hotel room game in Dallas, and someone switched his cigars for wacky backy. After a couple hours, "Ace" was a little under the influence, and thought that AKJT9 made a straight.

I always thought it was because if you look at it it looks like a boat. 3 of a kind on the bottom and the pair on top.
