Have you played with him before?
I don`t like the river bet , it`s to heavy.

River check = bad, many tough calls awaiting you. Why raise QQ from the SB only to 3 against a limper? You are giving away your hand and get nothing in exchange. Against an totally unknown opponent on the first hand I fold this river. The bet is too big and it's likely he doesnt know you either. However betting 1/3 - 1/2 pot at the river seems much better to me.

I'd bet the same amount on the river that I bet on the turn $15. A little blocking bet. If he makes a raise at it then i can fold and be ok with it.

silly

You must fold, he is putting you on overpair. I think he has monster or two pair. I agree with betting 1/3 of pot on the river.

Raise more preflop-- esp since you're going to be OOP for the entire hand

you should lead the river with a blocker to see where you are at ... if you get raised, then its call/fold time based on your read

You did raise it to 4.
This is a common converter error:

Button calls $1, 1 fold, Hero raises to $3, Button calls $3.
