I would actually prefer the 1/3 in 3-6 B&M game, since there is going to be 6-8 to the flop no matter what the blinds are (in fact I bet that would happen if there were no blinds at all.) So forcing them to put in the money doesn't really help us, and hurts us because we have more forced bets to make.

On the other hand as the games get bigger I prefer the 2/3 structure like in a 15-30/30-60 game to the 1/2 structure like in a 20-40/40-80 game because it does tend to create more action (and make people make more mistakes like callling too many raises in the SB)
