Default Sorta deep bottom set. How much $ ?

Villian's vp$p is ~52% and he has only raised 1 % of his hands preflop over a 500+ hand sample. I'm 90% sure this is QQ-AA, more likely KK/AA. I'm just surprised he didn't raise the flop. Also, he likes to call given this hand about 10 minutes before:

Hero (BUTTON): AQs
Villian (SB): JJ

Preflop, hero raises to $45, Villian calls, BB raises to $125, HERO calls, VILLIAN calls.

FLOP ($375) A A X. VIllIAN bets $35, BB calls, HERO calls.

TURN ($480) brick. VILLIAN bets $110, BB calls, HERO raises to $475, VILLIAN quickly calls, BB folds.

RIVER (brick). VILLIAN checks, HERO pushes, VILLIAN calls ~$600.

VIllIAN mucks JJ and mhig.

So he likes to call. So how much to bet here? He has ~$1400 left.

999.98 or all of it. I guess allin just looks like more a bluff but 999.98 will iritate him and spike his interest enuf to call.

Out of curiousity...any different lines for the turn here? (considering you're very confident in your high pair read)

So you're THAT guy.

Just to be clear - you're kidding, right? You don't think that crap actually works, do you?

Bet $1000.

Betting a huge stack of chips can be intimidating. Placing a single $1000 chip on the table is much less so. (You do not want to be intimidating now).

edit - I'll actually read the info given now. I would checkraise the flop pretty big. If I didn't, I would checkraise more on the turn to ensure it all goes in on river.

I would either ck raise flop, or ck raise more on turn, just like yeti said. I don't like a lead flop, then ck raise turn, shows a lot of strength.
