Multiple Neteller accounts question

Is there a problem creating more than one neteller account?
I recently have moved and have changed bank accounts as well.
I was thinking about creating a 2nd neteller account with new address and bankaccount and wasn't sure if this would be a problem.
Or should I just go through neteller and have them change my bank account for me?

Only reason i am thinking about keeping the old one as well is I am keeping my old bank account open and see no real reason to close the account.

Any suggestions?

That's not something I'd want to mess around with. I'd just contact neteller, and have them change my bank account information for me.
