Default Re: Poker on Cruise Ships

did the tables have shufflers? how were the cash games? do they run 24 hours(are there players there constantly)?

I've never been on a cruise ship with poker but I imagine they would keep the same hours that the casino does. The casino can only be open when the ship is in international water.

Your best bet is to go on one of the specified Card-player cruises (and there's another company that does poker-cruises I think).

Unless you want to play 3/6 with slow dealers who don't know poker.
The Card-player dealers are pretty good...and obviously you're on a cruise with other poker players so there will be more games.

Don't be deceived by the fact that it's a poker-cruise though...I suspect the play is just as fishy as anywhere else even if it's not the PPM cruise-full-o-online-qualifiers.
