Default AK suit, best flop or?

Stuff like these have been happening to be alot recenlty and I want to know what I am doing wrong. How can I controll the pot size well and when should I fold?
I do not have any kind of read on the villian at all.All I know is that he waited a long time when he called the preflop bet.

Never check that flop firstly. Secondly, Go for the check-raise on the flop if you do. A lot of times, a turn raise signifies strength, especially since he brought it to 3x your bet (at 25NL this is usually min-raised). Remember, if you were behind on the flop/turn, you're still behind on the river (unless he has 63 69 39 which is unlikely given your prf raise), so don't go crazy.
