Default Would You Fold This?

No reads on anyone. Table has been playing fairly passive, with little preflop raising. Interested in the turn fold.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, Hero calls, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button calls, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (5 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets, Button calls, SB calls, BB folds, UTG calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero checks, Button bets, SB raises, UTG folds, Hero folds, Button calls.

Should've bet here? After its bet and raised when it gets back to me, didn't think I should've chased with board paired. Weak thinking?

River: (8.50 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Button calls.

Final Pot: 10.50 BB

Results in white below:
SB shows As 6s (two pair, jacks and sixes).
Button shows Qd Ah (two pair, queens and jacks).
Outcome: Button wins 10.50 BB.

On the turn you are only getting 3.5-1 on a call... The action on the turn suggests that you will make this up on the river if you hit, but the possibility of hitting your straight and losing makes this an okay fold.

If the pot were larger it would definitely be worth a call, despite the threat of a full house. Don't sweat this one - just because you would have won doesn't mean your play was wrong.

pf - good.

flop - good.

turn - bet it. If you will call a bet, then you should bet. I think if you bet, it may have been raise, but not 3-bet. Now that you give up by checking on the turn, it opens the door for others to push you off your hand, hence the bet and raise before it gets back to you. Since you checked it, calling is marginal, especially since you don't close the action on the turn and are not getting odds to draw.

turn - bet it.

That's what I wished I'd done. I've been playing a litte 2/4 with mixed results(read getting my ass kicked)...so when the board paired...I wimped out.

Good news though, the last few sessions at 2/4 have been a bit better....I know...results oriented thinking.
