Default Please help me out - protect or gamble?

I'm a lurker here, but I gotta make a post on this one.
Early in a Private $10+1 at Stars 88 people entered, 9 get paid. 65 players left, I'm in about 8th.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (8 handed) converter

UTG+1 (Villian) (t4795)

MP2 (t1955)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Hero raises to t150, UTG+1 (Villian) calls t150, 6 folds.

Flop: (t375) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets t250, Villian raises to t500,

I put him on one spade here. If I push and I'm wrong I still have outs to a boat. But, my question is, is it better to push here knowing your at least a 70% favorite if he only has 1 spade - or is it better to only call and then push the turn if any non-spade falls.

If he didn't have me covered I automatically push here but with a decent stack this early in the tournament is it worth gambling against someone who has you covered?

If you think he's going to fold to a push on the flop, why would you call and then push on a non-spade turn? That's seems like the only way to let him get there on the turn. If your pushing, push now so he doesn't get to see a turn.

Peace

I think I push here. If he's made his flush im thinking he'll call you bet instead of raising, hoping that you're drawing dead. Calling here and then turning a spade will put you in a huge hole.
