Was this collusion and what should I have done about it?

Absolutely collusion. That is some F'ed up BS. How oblivious does a dealer have to be not to pick up on this? You definitely should have called the floor over, even if you intended to leave the game....which I would have done. At least they could have soft-played that hand to make it less obvious instead of just having the dad fold after you folded. I've played at Bellagio and I'm surprised the dealer didn't do a thing.
