Default couple LHE stat questions

1) I appreciate the mathmatical aspect of poker, and let's say someone is a 26/13/2 when in middle position of a full ring game, my question is, what hand range does the 26 represent? Of course it wont be perfect, but is there a way to figure this out.
2) On PP, for full ring limit games, what is the best way to table select? All I do is waitlist the tables with the largest average pots, but is there a better way?

Thanks in advance

I always try to think of it relative to my starting range. If I am 22/10, I try to think what hands I would play if I were adding an extra 4% to my VPIP
