Egyptian Chips = Ugly?

Am I the only one who finds the "Egyptian" custom chips everyone here is busting a nut over really ugly? I mean, no offense to those who bought them; to each his own. I guess I just prefer traditional looking chips with edgespots and a small logo in the center.

I doubt it. Am I the only person that fears being delt Big Slick?

I really like the Egyptians though.

Are you talking about the Egyptian custom ceramic Chipcos that were created last year, printed edge-to-edge like most Chipcos? Or the proposed Egyptian custom clay Paulsons now in process?

I'm talking about the Chipco ones. The Paulsons are quite nice IMO.

It really is to each his own, I think the Egyptian Chipco chips look quite nice and I don't really like the Paulson chips.

As another poster mentioned it is just my style for chips. I also really like the Tiki Chipco chip. I certainly commend Ten and all the work he and others have put into the chips.

Surely you have to like the Egyptian Paulson design better than the Casino de Isthmus City design. That design has some history, but it's UGLY.

I'm not really a fan of either design, or the whole egyptian thing altogether. But I can appreciate the dedication and organizing skills of Ten. I wish someone would put together something of this magnitude with a fresh theme/design. Cause I just can't bring myself to spend a grand on pyramid chips. [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]
