I had a similar problem with a straight flush against a lag. Party gave me back the $$ I put into the pot in the form of a bonus with x hands to clear.

I've had this happen to me a few times now. The first couple i thought i'd done something wrong, but i'm convinced now its a very rare software bug. Somebody getting a screen shot (in the short time you actually have to do this), would probably be a very good thing in terms of convincing party they have a problem.
