Sklansky's "System" in TP4AP is very effective in micro MTT. I found adding a limp reraise allin option from EP improved my results a lot. Limp JJ UTG, when donk raises with Ace rag in LP you push... donks can't fold with their manhood on the line. It eliminates the problem of picking up small blinds and shames worse hands into calling.
