Default How many hands at Absolutes 0.25/0.5 FL FR game get to 25c rake?

If possible, I'd like to get an idea of how many hands at Absolutes 0.25/0.5 FL FR tables typically get to a 25c rake and hence count towards clearing a bonus? 10%? 25%? 50%?

Im familiar with UB and their rakes and points scoring system and have done my homework on Absolute too and Im trying to determine if UB or Absolute is better for clearing bonuses at 0.25/0.5......(unforunately my BR does NOT support playing any higher yet).........by my very rough calculations if its 20% or better then Absolute is the way to go.

but since I dont trust my guestimates on average pot sizes at 0.25/0.5 since I havent played Absolute yet, some actual stats on how many hands get to the magic 25c rake would be appreciated

Note: Yes, I posted this to the "Internet Bonuses" forum first but didnt really get what I Was looking for as I assume most posters there are from the higher limits so Ill try again here where Im hopeful there are more ppl who play 0.25/0.5 who'll read this

Thx
