Default Don\'t Call, Reraise! Do you agree with this article?

Card Player Article on Short Handed Play

I read the article above and I think it has merit. I have not played enough hands at 6 max to say so for sure.

My first question is if your objective is to call less and re-raise more, does that mean that you end up playing a tighter range of hands?

Do you get a decent percentage of folds on the flop if you have reraised in position preflop, it's checked to you on the flop, and you fire out a bet? In my limited experience it seems that most players will peel one off on the flop and check to you again on the turn. Does anyone disagree?
