party email validation problems anyone?

i've been having a problem with email validation at party over last month. when i log on it asks me to validate, then i request new code and don't get it. so i email them and they manually send me the code. i enter the code and i'm good to go. then 2 days later same thing happens.

i've emailed them about this but they say they don't know how to stop the cycle. anyone else have this problem or a fix for it?

Yes.

I changed to my other email address and got the validation code straight through. I think it hapopened as well to me ages ago might be to do with hotmail but no idea what.
