Default Slow Play?

What do I do on the flop? Slow play or raise like I did? I'm new to limit hold 'em and have taken the approach of 'bet/raise when in doubt.'

Ultimate Bet 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, MP1 raises, 1 fold, MP3 calls, Hero 3-bets, 3 folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls, MP3 calls.

Flop: (11.40 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
MP1 bets, MP3 calls, Hero raises, MP1 calls, MP3 calls.

Turn: (8.70 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
MP1 checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets, MP1 calls, MP3 folds.

River: (10.70 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP1 checks, Hero bets, MP1 calls.

Final Pot: 12.70 BB

Raise now if in doubt. Wait for the turn if you think it's likely Mp1 will lead again and MP3 will call.

I would have called, and raise at every opportunity after.

IMO second set with two connected and very popular cards on the flop is not the time to slow play. Nice hand.

Perfectly played, it was an action flop and most of the time a villain will be willing to go to war, or at least get more money in now so those drawing dead stay in with improved odds.

well played

don't usually slow down the flop

I only like to be slowplaying or flop C/R'ing if I wasn't the last one to do a raise, and if the flop is scary enough (all of this assuming I have an invulnurable hand as well)

This is a good spot to fast play.

If anyone has an ace and is a slight maniac, they'll goto war with you, thinking you have a worse K.

If they don't, you won't get anymore money out of slowplaying anyway.

Here is another hand where I decided to slow play. Good or bad decision. My thought process was I was hoping somebody might hit their flush or chase high cars by me not raising after the flop came with my made full boat.

Ultimate Bet 0.25/0.50 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 1 fold, UTG+2 calls, 4 folds, Hero calls, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (5 SB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (5 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG checks, UTG+2 bets, Hero calls, SB calls, BB folds, UTG folds.

Turn: (4 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, UTG+2 bets, Hero raises, SB calls, UTG+2 calls.

River: (10 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, UTG+2 checks, Hero checks.

Final Pot: 10 BB

Results:
SB has 1010 for a bigger boat over mine.

This one I don't mind so much. The pot is small and you're giving your opponents a chance to improve to a second best hand (ie flush).
