Thats because KQJT is utter junk, any ace rag is immediately ahead of it, However a high hand like AAJT is always flipping a coin with a low hand like A346. Always stick to playing atleast one ace in O8.

I know some people who will call big bets in multiway 6-handed pots with just QQJJ.

I agree that most high card hands are not playable. In the 10/20 at party poker you rarely see a pot that is offering you good enough odds to see the flop. I only play them way in the back and only if I have at least 3 other callers in before me. Just my opinion
