either im confused, or important stuff is missing from you HH, the action of two players seems to be missing, I'll answer assuming they fold.

so early in a big MTT, I'm just calling on the flop. Why raise? You're not going to win the pot right here with a normal sized raise against a bettor and 2 callers on the flop with more people to act behind you. Right now you only have second pair, a draw to the fourth-best flush, and a gutshot straight flush draw - nothing you want to risk a lot of chips on before you hit one of you draws. If you had Ah/10h - giving you the nut flush draw and a gutshot straight draw, with 12 full outs, then you might think of pushing on the semi-bluff, but I don't like that line either.

Calling the 2 all-ins in front of you is a pretty bad idea. I don't think you have 12 outs here, and I wouldn't be surprised if you only have 3 (the non-heart jacks) to tie. With only second pair and some draws you're definitely behind at least one, but more likely both hands (you said nobody has done anything crazy yet, so they're most likely playing real hands like TPTK and the made straight). And I really don't like calling all your chips without the nut flush draw - way too many times you're behind a better heart draw.

I think you can't raise because their are too many people in the pot and you don't have enough chips to spare, and then you have to fold to the 2 pushes.

gl,

Because you think if he made a straight flush it might not be good enough to take it down?

Well, i did fold, because i decided someone likely had a straight or set, and all of my heart outs weren't good.

Turns out, they two villains flipped AQ and QJ. And i would have turned a flush to win it. I'm not really second guessing myself tho, because i didnt want to risk my entire tournament on a flush draw.

Thanks for the help.

I don't mind the call on the flop with this many people in the pot. With one or two other players, I would play this flop like a big hand, but with this many, I'm more aprehensive. I wouldn't call that all-in because at least one of those guys is drawing at the flush too and probably to a higher flush, so essentially all you have is an up and down straight draw and a pair of 9s and 2 outs for your straight flush. It's an unraised pot and you don't have much invested. I would find a better opportunity.

You played this hand awful

Its a $10 MTT and seeing how Party's tournament structure blows, this is a great hand to gamble and get some chips.

I raise the flop here and commit all my chips.
