Default How should I play this?

pacific 5/10

I had 99 on BB. Everyone folds to SB who raises, I 3 bet, he caps.

Flop Axx, two flush. He bets, I raise, he calls
turn is K, he checks , I check
River is blank, he bets, I call

Should I play differently, thanks for any suggestion.

He has AA.

I only like this line if you have a read that your opponent is very agressive. Otherwise, I think you should bet the turn, folding to a check-raise, and check behind on the river.

This line costs the same if you are behind, wins you an extra bet if your opponent is drawing and was going to fold the river unimproved, and protects your hand if villain has a Q, J, or T. Wouldn't you feel foolish if your opponent had something like 9T and caught a T on the river to beat you?

Oh, and results don't matter and you'll get better responses if you don't post them.
