I can't play right now but i'd like to start up a game with some friends. If someone here sends me an invite then deletes the game, will this allow me to create a new game later on?

This game has been going on for 3 1/2 hours. No one is being allowed to keep their continents for long and the armies for cards in not going up (4,6,8,10,4...).

Do you think this is a stalemate?
