eurobet with pokerroom now tables going black

hello,
my tables when playing multiple sometimes go completely black and then come back in pieces as the action progresses around anyone know how to fix this or why it is happening

It sounds like a RAM issue to me. How much RAM do you have in your computer? You might also want to run a scandisk+defrag.

What if you drag the table outside the monitor, and back again (or minimize it & restore it), does that fix the problem momentarily?

the table goes black and then after the action goes around the table comes back like if you move your mouse over the buttons then they reappear.

I have the same problem, but only on one of my machines. Their support team told me to upgrade Java but that wasn't it. I've tried modifying refresh rates, etc.. and have not found a solution. It is maddening at times. If you find something, please report back.

i am not the only one having this problem with this software. i talked to others while playing. whenever you open multiple tables this occurs

Is it possible that this is only happening with people who have two monitors? Is this happening to anyone with only 1 monitor? Does someone know why having two monitors with this software might be a problem? Im just throwing out bones here but i have noticed that when using only one monitor this doesnt happen but when using two it does. I know its not my computer because i can have 5 or 6 sites open with 25-30 tables on dual monitors and never have a problem. (no im not playing that many just looking around).
