2001fp .. coupon??

With all this talk about the Dell 2001fp I figure I'll get one to go with new comp. Where do I get it and where do I find one of these internet coupons I hear of?? I searched and all the hits are like 1-2 years old when the monitor was like $1000.

Will this monitor... or any 1600x1200 monitor.. run properly with any new computer I buy?
