That's 20 cards that are going to be hard for us. There are 4 players in the pot, and 19 small bets. Someone could've flopped a straight. There is a two-flush on board. There are 3 cards in the microlimits "play any two of these" zone. If we have an equity edge on the flop, it is microscopic.

You have a much better equity edge than you think because you have the spade redraw. Raise the flop. Waiting for the turn is better if you lacked that redraw.
