I guess then the bible would have said Jesus turned water into "unfermented grape juice," but it didn't, it said wine. And there is absolutely no cultural or historical basis for such a statement, as people back then drank wine. In fact, there is a passage in the Bible that says wine is good for your health and relaxing of the spirit.
