For fold I get 0.4434, for call/win 0.6265, for call/lose 0.1917. Are you sure you're using 0.65/0.35/0 ?

By the way it's a call if he's pushing 44+,A9o,A7s+,KQs. Which I think's a bit too wide here for you to call.

Hmmmm....yeah I did do .65/.35/0 let me recheck my numbers maybe I got the stack sizes wrong.

I used:

folds: 3985, 780, 4235
call + win: 8220, 780
call + lose: 650, 780, 7570

Maybe this is where my problem is?

Folds isn't 4235. 4435 (preflop) - 150 (blind) - 300 (raise).

Unless you're doing it in reverse, in which case, you're forgetting to give 4235 (which is Villian?) 75 from the 780 stack.

Ugh. I seem to have got the order messed up. Oh well your figures are probably right then. It's the fact that the seats are not in the same order as the blinds or action.

Ok I checked, your figures are spot on, my apologies. Funnily enough his range is exactly the same however, 44+,A9o+,A7s+,KJs+. So still a fold, lol. (My EV required with the erroneous calculation was only 0.004 off of yours anyway, mind you).

The shortie is not in a blind so you don't need to give villain 75.

That should be 0.1832, well to be accurate 0.18316.. it works out at 0.5854 ev required.

Good work. This is obviously a typo and was not used in calculating. How did you get 0.18316? Don't tell me you did it by hand.

Aye, I did. I've just realised why my figures are slightly different, I was allowing for a +0.1% EV.
