Default A 2+2 Compendium of basic reads?

A poker playing friend and I were considering a set of basic reads so that we have a starting group from which to read cards, and I was curious if anyone here had thoughts on some basic easily usable reads for lower buy in SnG play. does anyone think this is a waste of time?

as examples, here are a few of what we came up with:

1.a tight player who calls an EP raise usually has a medium pocket pair or AJ AQ.

2.someone who raises more than their standard opening raise usually has a medium pocket pair or a high ace but not QQ or better.

3. a player who just calls on an A high flop in an unraised PF pot usually has an A with a weak kicker, a small/medium pair or is slowplaying.

4. a tight player will usually not call a flop bet with just overcards so if a small board comes and he called a PF raise and calls on the flop he likely has a pair.

by the way if anyone disagrees with these feel free to comment.

Pat

I'm a tight player (probably too tight) and will comment that this one (and probably the others) are way to situation dependent.

- Is is a 2BB or 3BB raise? If it's a miniraise I call with more than that.
- Am I in the blinds?
- Are we in early rounds or late rounds? Calling T30 from the big blind with a suited connector during round 1 with 800 chips hoping for a big flop might be worth a shot.
- Chip position. If I've a relatively big stack to the raiser and the blinds I might also loosen my calling requirements.
- Etc.
