Default Play on the river.

What is your general move on the river if a player in position has called both streets when you have a top pair mediocer kicker. Board is pretty draw heavy and the river is a total brick. Do you throw in a bet, or let the guy bluff at you.
More specifically:
I have a pretty good image in this game. Loose and rather aggressive. Relevant stack is 1k
Two people limp in and I complete w/ QJ, BB checks
Flop (Q 10 7) two hearts.
40 in the pot. I lead for 30. BB calls
Turn is a total brick. Pot 100. I lead for 75, BB calls
River is once again a total brick. Curious what most people do in this kind of spot.
How much are you willing to call on the river if you check?

Check, let him bluff at you if he has nothing.

Check and call up to 2/3 pot. I wouldn't call more unless villain was prone to bluffing the river in this spot.

Bet the full pot on flop and turn. Check river and play poker. Call half pot, maybe slightly more.
