Default 40-80: blink of an eye

UTG raises. MP calls UTG+2. Button calls. SB calls.

Flop 259r. UTG bets, MP raises, button calls, SB folds, UTG 3-bets, MP calls, button calls.

Turn A. UTG bets, MP raises, button folds, UTG 3-bets, MP folds.

What range of hands can we put UTG and MP on? Are there any hands MP could have that would make you think "Wow, very well played!"?

You're OK with not 3-betting preflop with QQ?

Looks a lot like collusion to me. I guess TT-KK are possible. Not that this hand alone would get me to report the players involved, but I'd start keeping my eyes open.
