you need to bet more on the flop and turn.

raise the river to $200.

Yea, I regreted raising more on the flop and turn as well. On the river I raise to $200 he immediatly goes all in for 8 more and shows the straight J9.

I've got to agree. Your problem is raising amounts. I think if you're serious, you have to raise that preflop (only in a 6 handed game though...if there were more players I think you'd have the PF stuff about right) and then raise the living hell out of it on the flop.

Yea, i'm still getting used to 400nl. I just recently moved up from 6 tabling 100nl 6max. So its a totally differnet ball game. Thanks for the response though.
