This is a tough one because the pot is big enough such that you have to call a 3-bet if you raise. Getting 11:1 with 4 outs is enough in this spot. Personally I think you have him in bad shape here. I might call now and raise the river (fold to a 3-bet).

Assuming no 2 is out there and that Villian doesn't have an overpair, you have the remaining 2s and two 10s.
