Technical Question on the IGMPAY Bonus

I reactivated my Washington DC bank account and would like to get ready for the IGMPAY boni at PP, PN, and Empire (any more sites?).

The problem is getting money into the account in first place. I am cheap and do not like to pay the wire fees from Germany to the U.S.

Could I just register my account with IGMPAY at Empire, then withdraw the money into my US bank account via IGMPAY?

Would I still be elligible for the bonus at Empire?

Having previously withdrawn funds from Empire using IGM-Pay does not disqualify you from the IGMPAY bonus for first IGM-Pay deposit at Empire. Same for the other skins that support this bonus.

They just told me, a bank account is not enough. I need a US mailing address too. So, no IGMPAY for me, which sucks.
