Default e cash (empire) bounces a payout check.

I called and they are sending me another check and putting the bounced check fee into my empire account but am wondering how many other people had this problem. Apparently there was a problem with the account the funds came out of and they already had sent me a new check but I really think an email would have been smart rather than me getting the check back from the bank without warning. I play on a lot of sites and ecash was the last payout entity that I thought I would have trouble with. Should I worry. lol

I remember this happening before in this forum with one of these Party Skin sites where a check bounced and a replacement had been already sent.

Still, I'm not impressed they bounced a check on you.

About two years ago they sent me a check that I cashed at a Moneybox. The next day they(poker rep) call me about the check saying they closed the account, don't cash the check. I tell them I already cashed it at Moneybox. The rep seems surprised and relieved that the check went through.

Well the check didn't go through, it bounced. The Travis county district attorney is still trying to collect on it as far a I know.
