DVD sound question

Just installed a DVD rom for my computer.

When watching a movies, i get sound for the menu and special features, but none when actually playing the movie..

One movie I can get sound when the director commentary is on, but none otherwise [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img]

There could be some internal settings for the software player that are affecting sound output. Check in the options area and fiddle with some of the sound settings.

Try it in a different software program to see if it is doing the same thing. You can use WinDVD, RealOne, Windows Media Player, etc...
