Default Weird QQ FW\'s 20 hand, including a river donk bet

Overnight 20 FW's game

My game broke when I went for a bathroom break and I find my chips moved to the other (and now only) game going.

It's my 2nd hand at the table after getting a hand in the CO. Of the folks in this hand the only one that I knew was the BB and I hadn't played with him all that much. He was decent, but not as good as he thought he was. I suppose that is a problem with many of us.

UTG+1 limps, next guy raises, next guy cold calls, I 3-bet w/ red Q's, BB calls 3 cold, limper calls 2 cold, original raiser now caps, and we all call.

Flop is JT8 all [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]'s

BB fires out, 3 calls and I decide to call and see what the turn brings.

Turn is the A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

It gets checked to me and I bet, BB scowls and calls, limper folds, capper calls as does the cold-caller.

River is the 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Checked to the coldcaller who now wakes up and bets.

Which of my 3 options do you like?

Folding is the option I like the most. PF capper seems to have KK, somebody must have an ace, and the donkbetter might have flopped a flush and played it horribly. I'm not a big fan of big river folds in big pots, but this one seems easy.

ugh.

you beat nothing.

nothing better will fold AND leave you HU vs. a worse hand.

if this guy can pull off a protected pot bet w/ KJ here id be extremely surpised.

i can't imagine a hand he has that he played correctly. but you look toast and are not closing the action. release.

sorry you folded a winner

Raise the flop and go from there.

I guess this is the issue. It just seemed so wierd that after calling all these bets, he finally wakes up and bets made absolutely no sense to me so my "BS" indicators were going off.

Do you think anybody has an A? Have I represented an A on the turn? Certainly no one has the A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Can we get K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Kx if it is in the PF cappers hand to fold? What does the BB have to call 3 bets and lead the flop, then check the turn?

Default For those who care what happend

I thought about it for a couple of seconds and decided that that there was a fair probablility that the donk better had bubkis and I had him beat. Ie also looked at all of the chips in the pot.

So the question came as to what to do since I had the other two left to act behind me. I think that I should have raised, but I just called.

The BB flashed black K's as he tossed them into the muck and the PF capper also folded.

The donk bettor had J6o for a pair of J's. I flipped over my hand the BB stood up and let out a gasp, the PF capper also made some comment of disgust and MHIG. I don't know what the PF capper had; it might have been the red K' or the black Q's.
