I trust your judgement 100%. Do what Hakee says. You playing this weekend?

Sunday I should be down there for a little while. Saw your name on the list for Saturday. Depending upon what else I have going on I may go down there early on Sat and see whether there are any seats left.

Looks pretty good to me. You could consider raising the river as you have just drawn out on all flushes, straights, and sets the opponent may have flopped.

good luck.

Sat and Sun are both sold out.

As for the hand, raise the river.

Saturday is sold out as of when? Yesterday afternoon there were still some seats available. In any case I'll be there Sunday afternoon for a bit.

Thanks to all who responded.

Sounds like a river raise was definitely to be considered. In this case I would have lost more since I was set on showing down the hand and I would have had to call a 3-bet, painfully.

He had A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] for quads, and the better club draw.

He could play a number of hands this way, and yes, the river 6 makes it less likely mathematically that he has quads. But his flop action and turn checkraise are all logical for a 6 with a big club, and I did feel that being shown four 6's was a real possibility.

when villian checkraises the turn he has a flush like almost never and i think its pretty bad to checkraise a six here anyways so it rally looks like quads, 44 or 33.

[/ QUOTE ]

it looks like a pretty good spot to checkraise 64 or 63

Raising the river seems like a better idea than betting the turn. (And I would have bet the turn.)
